TDN is currently recruiting CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVES for entry-level positions.

Shift A (Evening 6:00 pm – 1:00 am) (Mon-Sat)

Shift B (Night 10:00 pm – 6:30 am) (Mon-Fri)

JOB DESCRIPTION

– To interact with recurring and new customer energetically in developing business and follow up through calls, emails and chats for simple lead generation project.

Get professional experience and build yourself if you meet our requirements stated below

REQUIREMENTS

=>Fresh/Experienced

=> Academic Qualification: Undergraduates

=> Candidate must have basic knowledge of Call Center operations

=> Candidate must be able to commute easily to our office location (Gulistan-e-Johar block 19 Karachi)

=> Must be creative, muiti-tasking, active listener and a good speaker

=> Must be proficient in spoken & written English (fluent)
